From Points West Via LIE: Take the LIE to Exit 73 (County Route 58-Old Country Road). Follow Route 58 east for approximately one mile to Commerce Drive (Across from Holiday Inn). Make left turn on Commerce Drive and proceed to second white building on your right (34). There is ample parking in the rear of the building and entrance in the rear.


From the North Fork: Take Route 25-Main Road west to County Route 58. Continue West on County Route 58 through traffic circle approximately 1.5 miles past the hospital. Make Right turn on Commerce Drive and proceed to second white building on your right (34). There is ample parking in the rear of the building and entrance in the rear.


From the South Fork: Take County Route 51, State Route 24, or Quogue-Riverhead Road to the Riverside traffic circle. Take Peconic Ave from the traffic circle. Make a right onto East Main Street and then a quick left onto Roanoke Ave. Follow Roanoke Ave to the Route 58 traffic circle. Proceed through the circle and make left onto County Route 58. Continue on County Route 58 for approximately 1.5 miles to Commerce Drive. Make Right turn on Commerce Drive and proceed to second white building on your right (34). There is ample parking in the rear of the building and entrance in the rear.
